Eli Koster

Eli Koster has a range of work experience in various managerial roles. Eli started their career as an Account Manager at Itho Daalderop in 1993 and worked there until 2000. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at KLG Europe, managing the Kaufland contract and implementing a Transport Management System. In 2008, they became the Managing Owner of A.N. Euro Construct until 2017. In 2013, they established FridayEuroTech SRL in Romania as the Managing Director, specializing in human resource staffing, consulting, and payroll services. Eli also worked as the Director of FET Contracting, a Romanian company under Dutch management, providing services in various industries. Additionally, they served as the Managing Director of Andreea HR Services, a staffing agency specializing in recruitment and temporary work for large and medium-sized enterprises. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director at Oranjegroep, a European partner for technical functions in construction, industry, and energy transition.

Eli Koster's education history is as follows:

- From 1979 to 1983, Eli attended Professor Casimir Scholengemeenschap and completed Higher General Secondary Education (H.A.V.O).

- In 1985 and 1986, Eli studied at Mercurius Lyceum, where they pursued Atheneum - Pre-University Education.

- In 1986 and 1987, Eli enrolled at Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, specifically at Universite Le Mirail, Département Enseignement du français langue étrangère (DEFLE), earning a DEFLE degree in the field of study of teaching French as a foreign language.

- In 1995 and 1996, Eli attended ISBW Logistic Management & Physical Distribution-HBO (University of Professional Education) and obtained an HBO (University of Professional Education) degree with a focus on material management and physical distribution.

- Additionally, Eli has obtained several certifications, including DNV-GL Approved Scaffolding Examination Location from DNV GL in July 2018, Autorizatie de Mediu Agentia Nationala pentru Protectia Mediului from Agentia Nationala pentru Protectia Mediului in February 2010, and a certification from Ministerul Muncii, Familiei, Protectiei Sociale si Persoanelor Varstnice. Eli has also completed Approved Scaffolding Training from DNV GL and holds a certificate in NEN 4400-2 from Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA). Furthermore, Eli possesses certifications in VCA-VOL Supervisor, VCU-VIL, and VCU-VIL Dutch Quality Certification for Temp Agencies, all obtained from EBN Certification B.V.
