Fred Pradoura

Fred Pradoura is a seasoned Project Director currently at Orano since March 2025, with a diverse background in project management and engineering across multiple companies, including Bouygues Construction, AREVA, and Colas. Notable accomplishments include the implementation of Lean Management practices at Bouygues, the successful delivery of large-scale projects such as the DTP-GAC Project and EPR Flamanville 3 Project, and significant savings in project budgets. Fred holds an MBA from Duke University and various engineering degrees, including an engineering degree in Process Engineering from ENSIGC and a Bachelor’s in Physical Chemistry. Additionally, Fred has expertise in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing engineering processes, and leading substantial international projects in the nuclear and construction sectors.
