Jean Cassingena possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation within major corporations. Currently serving as Directeur du contrôle des obligations de fin de Cycle at Orano since May 2015, Jean oversees the management of end-of-cycle obligations valued at €9 billion. Previous roles at Orano include DRH of the Demantèlement & Services Business Unit, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting over 500 annual employees and restructuring the unit during a significant merger. Prior to Orano, various leadership roles were held at AREVA and SUEZ, focusing on HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational management across multiple sites globally. Jean's academic background includes a degree from Sciences Po, as well as executive education from Harvard Business School.
