Vincent Bachelot

Vincent Bachelot has extensive experience in the nuclear industry, currently serving as Coordinateur projets OFC at Orano since February 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing projects related to waste management and decommissioning activities. Previously held roles at Orano include leading the Materials Waiting for Treatment projects, managing UF4 production, and directing a team of over 50 in defining decommissioning operations. Additional roles involved managing operational sectors, improving methods, and supporting project management efforts for decommissioning initiatives. A background in project management and performance optimization is complemented by a civil engineering degree from Mines Paris - PSL and additional education in change management from ESSEC Business School and geophysics from Caltech. Early career experiences at Total E&P included optimizing fuel blends and monitoring hydraulic fractures.
