Thibault Bagnol is an experienced chemical engineer currently serving as an Ingenieur procédés at Orano since February 2023. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral research fellowship at IRSN, where research focused on ruthenium releases related to high-level liquid waste cooling system failures. Thibault completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from The University of British Columbia and Université de Bordeaux, with a doctoral project developing new hemilabile heteroelement based ligands for catalysis.
