Outi Sortino

Outi Sortino has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Outi is currently an Advisory Board Member at Nordic Minds GmbH since January 2022. Their previous employment includes being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oras Group since May 2021, where they developed and executed a people strategy and led a team of HR professionals. Prior to that, they worked at Stora Enso from 2003 to 2021, holding various positions such as SVP Human Resources, Division Wood Products, HR Business Partner, Manager of Employer Branding and Leadership Development, Project Manager of Competence Development, Business Intelligence Manager, and Master Data Manager. Outi also had a Purchasing Assistant role at Stora Enso from 2003 to 2005. Outi had an internship at FSC International in 2002 and worked as a Conference Manager at IIR Finland from 2001 to 2002.

Outi Sortino's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the University of Helsinki. Outi pursued a degree in Forest Economics and completed their studies in 2000, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree.
