Mustafa Abd Elraouf

Mustafa Abd ElRaouf is an accomplished structural engineer and technical office chief engineer at Orascom Construction PLC since July 2021. With extensive experience as a freelance consultant since October 2011, Mustafa has provided valuable consultancy services to projects such as the Al Khaledya commercial center and Al Kharj Brick Wall factory. Prior to current roles, Mustafa worked at EHAF Consulting Engineers from August 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included the complete design of key metro stations in Cairo. Additionally, during tenure at Hill - EHAF JV, Mustafa served as a Project Management Consultant for the Grand Egyptian Museum, overseeing metal works and ensuring compliance with design standards. Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Al-Azhar University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
