Mostafa Abdel Razek

Mostafa Abdel Razek has a strong legal background with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Mostafa started their career as a District Attorney at the Ministry of Justice in 2005 and later transitioned to become a Senior Associate at Nour Law Office in association with Trowers & Hamlins in 2003. In 2009, they joined HSBC as the Legal Manager and Head of Corporate Banking Division. Mostafa then moved to ARTOC Group for Investment & Development in 2010 as the Group Legal Advisor. Mostafa continued to advance their career by joining Orascom Development Holding in 2014 as the Legal Director and eventually became the Director of Legal Affairs at Orascom Investment Holding in 2017.

Mostafa Abdel Razek obtained a LLB degree in Law from Cairo University's English Division, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
