Heidi Rogers is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales support and customer relations. Currently serving as the Government Sales Support Lead at Orascoptic since October 2015, Heidi manages relationships with government agencies, utilizing extensive knowledge of regulations and compliance to guide the procurement process. Previous roles include Customer Care Representative at Orascoptic and Senior Team Lead at Origami Owl Custom Jewelry, where Heidi mentored a team of over 40 consultants and oversaw product demonstrations. With over 16 years of experience at Great Lakes as a Client Relations Supervisor, Heidi ensured departmental effectiveness and client satisfaction.
