Romeo Tan, MBA, has a diverse work experience background in various roles and industries. Romeo most recently worked at Orb Health as the Vice President of People Operations. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Mon Health, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Growth and Community Outreach, Director of Operations, Interim Director of Growth, Physician, & Community Outreach, and Independent Contractor. In these roles, they provided leadership, direction, and oversight of various departments, services, and programs, collaborated with executive leadership, and managed projects such as COVID-19 testing, benefits integration, and financial software implementation. Before that, Romeo worked as the Human Resources Manager at Blue Sky Therapy and Ohio Valley Health Services & Education Corporation. In these positions, they were responsible for organizational development, project management, managerial advisement, benefits coordination, recruitment, employee relations, and system implementation. Romeo started their career as an Administrative Intern, where they gained valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources and organizational projects.

Romeo Tan, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Wheeling University. Romeo pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their MBA, Romeo obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Wheeling University. Romeo completed their undergraduate studies between 2008 and 2012.
