Doug Chegwin

Doug Chegwin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Doug currently holds the position of Director, Sales Operations at ORBCOMM, where they collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales performance through the development and implementation of sales processes and reporting. Prior to this, Doug served as Vice President, Sales Operations at Workforce Logiq, focusing on increasing sales by implementing key performance indicators and policies. Doug also worked as Senior Director, Sales Operations at RiseSmart, where they successfully increased revenue by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies. Earlier in their career, Doug held various leadership positions in finance and operations at companies such as Mullin International, Student Loan Relief, and Lee Hecht Harrison. Doug has a strong background in financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Doug Chegwin completed their education with an MBA in Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 1989. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Manager from ICPM in November 2000.
