Natalie Bookal

Natalie Bookal, MBA, is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, employee relations, and office management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ORBCOMM since January 2022, Natalie previously held roles at Playwire and Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, onboarding, and employee relations management. With earlier experiences in financial services and retail, including positions with Citi and Toys R Us, Natalie's skill set is complemented by a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
