Tabatha Shealy serves as the Government Programs Lead at ORBCOMM since September 2021 and is the Fuels Management Flight Commander at the 142nd Wing of the Oregon Air National Guard since December 2019. In this role, Tabatha manages a multi-million dollar petroleum complex and oversees a team of eight specialists, while also acting as a logistics compliance subject matter expert for the Inspector General. Prior to these positions, Tabatha held various leadership roles, including Deputy Chief of Plans and Integration at 1st Air Force (AFNORTH), where responsibilities included developing national-level programs for federal disaster response and serving as Logistics Planning Chief for the Crisis Action Team. Tabatha also has extensive experience from the 106th Rescue Wing, where duties spanned from Chief of Plans and Integration, overseeing deployment activities for over 1,000 members, to Program Manager, managing significant budgets for search and rescue operations. Tabatha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from St. Joseph's University New York and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
