Kenny Weir

Kenny Weir is a dynamic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with over three decades of experience in Information Technology. Currently, they serve as the CISO at Orbem and Hastings Direct, where they focus on security strategies, operational efficiency, and compliance. Previously, Kenny led initiatives at INNIO Group, overseeing a successful ISO27001 accreditation project and managing significant IT integrations during acquisitions. They have held various leadership roles across notable organizations, including Marsh & McLennan Companies and INC Research, consistently driving innovation and collaboration within their teams. Kenny holds a Higher National Diploma in Computing from Motherwell College.
