Crícia Silva

Crícia Silva has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a UX Researcher at Orbia since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at How Bootcamps as a Facilitator and Mentor for UX Design and UX Research Bootcamps since August 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Facilitator of Workshops in UX Research and Digital Product Leadership at Tera starting in December 2022.

Before their current roles, Crícia Silva was a UX Researcher at PicPay from August 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Juno as a UX Researcher from May 2020 to August 2021. Their previous experience includes working as a UX Designer at Senior Sistemas from August 2018 to April 2020, where they conducted qualitative user research, conceptualized and validated interfaces, and organized collaborative workshops and design events.

Before transitioning into UX, Crícia Silva worked as an Assistant Technical Support at Unimed Sorocaba from September 2015 to August 2018. Crícia also had a software development internship at Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sorocaba from March 2015 to September 2015.

In addition, Crícia Silva had instructional roles at Projeto Pérola (Associação Educacional e Profissionalizante Pérola), where they worked as an Advanced Instructor from January 2013 to July 2014 and as an Informatics Instructor from April 2013 to January 2014. Their responsibilities included teaching computer skills to various age groups and leading extra-curricular activities.

From 2020 to 2022, Crícia attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, where they completed a post-graduate degree in Anthropologia Cultural.

Between 2013 and 2016, Crícia studied at Fatec Itu and earned a degree in Gestão em Tecnologia da Informação, with a focus on Administração e Gerenciamento de Computação/Tecnologia da Informação.

From 2009 to 2012, Crícia attended IFBA - Instituto Federal da Bahia, where they completed a degree in Técnico em Informática, specializing in Tecnologia da Informação.
