Juan Diego Kohan

Juan Diego Kohan has extensive experience in finance and operations roles. Juan Diego is currently working as the COO LATAM at Orbia since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bayer Crop Science from April 2019 to August 2021 as the Head of Barter ConoSur. Before that, they held various finance positions at Monsanto Company from 2006 to 2019, including LAS Barter Lead, South America Crop Protection Supply Chain Finance Lead, Latin America South Supply Chain Finance Lead, and Latin America South Row Crops Manufacturing Finance Lead. Juan Diego also worked as the La Tijereta Credits & Collections Manager and Seeds & Traits Financial Planning Supervisor at Monsanto. Juan's early career includes a role as an Analyst at Techint Group from 2004 to 2006.

Juan Diego Kohan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad del CEMA from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Grado en Ingeniería (Bachelor's degree) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires from 1997 to 2004.
