Catalina Mora has a diverse work experience. Catalina began their career in 2007 as an Account Executive for Estudio Piar Argentina. Catalina then worked as a Marketing Intern for Rockwell Automation. In 2009, they joined GOintegro, where they held various roles including COO Latam North, VP of Sales España, Country Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive GOintegro Argentina. In their role as Country Manager, they were responsible for team development and development of the client portfolio. As Sales Manager, they were responsible for setting sales objectives, establishing annual and monthly sales budgets, and structuring proposals and salary programs. Some of their clients included Cemex, Banco Corpbanca, DHL, Citibank, and Kimberly Clark.
Catalina Mora received their Master in Strategic Marketing from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales between 2008 and 2010. In 2006, they completed a semester of exchange at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. From 2001 to 2006, they earned their degree in Social Communication and Publicity from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
