Tai Kitaoka

Tai Kitaoka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They most recently worked as a UX Researcher at Orbia starting from January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Researcher at 7waves from September 2021 to January 2022. In 2021, they also served as a UX Designer at izi.fit from May to September.

Before transitioning to the field of user experience, Tai held positions at 7waves as a Coordenador de operações from July 2020 to May 2021 and as an Analista de customer success from December 2019 to July 2020.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Psicóloga clínica at Autônoma from June 2017 to January 2019, and as an Assistente de comunicação at Prefeitura Municipal de Araçoiaba da Serra from November 2013 to October 2016.

Tai Kitaoka has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidade Paulista, which was completed from 2012 to 2016. In 2020 to 2022, Tai pursued a postgraduate specialization in Interaction Design for Digital Artifacts at CESAR School. Tai also obtained additional certifications: a Certificate of Participation in Observe 2021 from Even3 in November 2021, a Seminar on UX Design: Strategy, Retail, and Industry from UXCO in July 2021, a Masterclass ResearchOps from Mergo User Experience in March 2022, and an Intensive Course in Service Design from Mergo User Experience in May 2022.
