Alejandro Casillas Domínguez

Alejandro Casillas Domínguez has a diverse background in HR and supply chain management. Alejandro started their career at Grupo ITP, managing aeronautic projects. Alejandro later transitioned to Procter & Gamble as a Sales Representative, then progressed to Mars, where they held roles in supply chain management and organizational development. Subsequently, they joined Cotemar as a Talent Manager before moving to PPG Industries as an HRBP. Their most recent roles include positions at CNH de México and Quala, where they focused on HR strategy development and implementation. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Orbia, leading people strategies and fostering an engaging work environment.

Alejandro Casillas Domínguez completed a Licenciatura en Informática Administrativa degree in Negocios from Universidad MONDRAGON-UCO from 1999 to 2002.
