Ingrida Levinson-Shearin

Ingrida Levinson-Shearin began their work experience as a Recruitment & Training Specialist at TNS Gallup Media in 1999. Ingrida then moved on to roles at PwC Consulting and BBH Baltics before joining Avon in 2006. At Avon, they held various HR leadership positions, such as HR Director Global Functions and Capability & Talent Development Director, covering multiple markets. In 2018, they went on to work as the Talent & Resourcing Director (Interim) at DS Smith and later as the Business Owner and Consultant at Levinson HR Consulting until 2020. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Talent, Learning & DEI at Orbia starting from 2021. Their career has been focused on talent management, organizational development, and HR leadership across various international companies.

Ingrida Levinson-Shearin completed their Executive Education in HR Management & Analytics at The Wharton School in 2021. Prior to that, they attained an MSc in Human Resources Management & Business from Aston Business School and a BSc in Psychology from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in HR, including HR Technology, People Analytics, and Diversity and Inclusion.
