Janice Monda

Janice Monda, SHRM-CP, serves as the People Operations Manager at Orbia since July 2022. Prior to this role, Janice held various positions within VESTOLIT, including People Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist, contributing from September 2020 to January 2024. Janice began at Vestolit USA (formerly Mexichem Specialty Resins Inc) as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2013 to September 2020, focusing on HR operations, employee relations, and aligning HR processes with global initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Specialist at Lorain National Bank from September 2006 to October 2013 and as Human Resource & Office Manager at Performance Clinic Inc from September 1995 to August 2007. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources/Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University and an Associate's in Arts & Business Administration from Lorain County Community College.
