Ajla Sivic

Ajla Sivic currently serves as the Chief Managing Officer and Commercial Director at Orbico Group, a position held since September 2021, following a role as OT Export Markets Manager for Croatia and Slovenia at PepsiCo. Prior to these appointments, Ajla spent nearly nine years at Orbico Group, contributing as Head of P&G Sales and Trade Marketing and managing the Trade Marketing department. Ajla possesses a strong background in sales strategy formulation, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience includes serving as a Key Account Manager for Procter & Gamble and working as a Sales Assistant focusing on consumer and market knowledge. Ajla holds a Master's degree in Management and Organization and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, both from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo.
