Kim Nichols

Kim Nichols currently serves as a Board Member at California MBA since March 2023 and has been with PENNYMAC since 2011, holding the position of Chief TPO Production Officer and Senior Managing Director, as well as previously serving as Managing Director focused on sales and marketing. Nichols has an extensive background in the mortgage industry, including roles as EVP of the PennyMac Correspondent Group at Bank of America from 2007 to 2011, where key responsibilities included regional management and sales management in correspondent lending. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Institutional Sales at GMAC RFC from 2004 to 2007, Director of Sales at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. from 1991 to 2001, and beginning a career as Senior Negotiator at Fannie Mae from 1988 to 1989.
