Melissa D.

Melissa D. began their work experience in 2000 as a Recruiting Coordinator at Analysts International, where they assisted with screening calls, greeting candidates, and supporting recruiters and sales representatives. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager at MAGIC, focusing on recruitment and account management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

In 2006, they joined Ascent Services Group, initially as an IT Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager, Director of Recruiting, and Group Vice President. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams of recruiters and supporting various clients such as Wells Fargo, United Healthcare, and Amgen. Melissa also played a key role in developing strategies for maximizing Ascent's expansion and managing the operational P&L.
