Vanessa Beltrame Xavier has been working in the professional world since 2010. Vanessa began their career at Daitan Group as a Financial Assistant, where they were responsible for the bills to pay tasks, exchange money, invoice issuance, cash flow and apportionment of costs, ISS system, corporate documents control. In 2011, they joined Grupo Ibrace as an Account Manager and Projects Executive, where they were responsible for sales and management of Telecommunication products projects for Anatel certification, development of long-term partnerships with customers, and strategic business management for each customer. In 2020, Vanessa moved to NCC Certificações do Brasil as a Gestão de Projetos. Currently, Vanessa works at Orbis Compliance LLC as a Customer Success Manager.

Vanessa Beltrame Xavier is currently pursuing a Gestão de Vendas (Sales Management) degree from MBA USP/Esalq, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Prior to that, they attended Harper College in 2017 and obtained certifications in Leadership and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2011, Vanessa graduated from ESAMC with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Vanessa also holds additional certifications from SESI - Serviço Social da Indústria, Harper College, ESPM, Palatine High School, and Harper College.
