Al Dembski

Al Dembski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, currently serving as Regional Manager of Lean Continuous Improvement at ORBIS Corporation since June 2004. In this role, Al Dembski leads Lean transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on enhancing product flow and sustainability within the supply chain. Previously, Al Dembski held the position of Director of Lean Six Sigma at ORBIS, where strategy deployment was aligned with ISO-compliant quality management systems. Prior to joining ORBIS, Al Dembski worked at GE Healthcare from 1981 to 2004 in various capacities, including Master Black Belt and Project Manager, spearheading cross-functional teams in the development of Magnetic Resonance products. Al Dembski's educational background includes an MBA in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a dual BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with a Biomedical focus from Northwestern University.
