Rick Burcar

Rick Burcar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in tooling and program management. Currently serving as a Sr. Tooling Engineer at ORBIS Corporation since August 2025, Rick previously held the position of Principal Tooling Engineer at Baxter Healthcare from November 2006 to April 2025. Rick's career began at Tenere, Inc., where Rick worked as a Program Manager and Mold Designer from June 1990 to October 2006. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Drafting from the Denver Institute of Technology, obtained between January 1988 and January 1990.
