Lou Aubrey

Lou Aubrey has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career in 2011 as a Teacher with responsibility for ICT/MFL at Windmill Primary School. In 2014, they became the Whole School Literacy Coordinator/Teacher at Madeley Academy and held this position until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Lou worked as an Education Coordinator at Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd. They then transitioned to Bespoke Consultancy and Education Ltd as a Tutor/Assessor for a short period in 2020. Later that year, they joined Telford & Wrekin Council as an Education Adviser, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Lou is working at Orbis Education and Care, initially as an Education Adviser from 2022 to 2023, and then as an Operations Manager and subsequently as the Operations Director (Interim) from 2023.

Lou Aubrey attended Edge Hill University from 2008 to 2012. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
