Charlene A. Stacy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charlene A. started their career at Harrison College-Indianapolis in 1999, where they initially served as Campus President at the Anderson Campus location for over 16 years. Charlene A. then moved on to become the Vice President of Operations for the Main Campus/Online Division, overseeing multiple functional units and leading initiatives to improve services to students. In 2018, they joined Ross Education, LLC as the Director of Internal Audits, responsible for auditing campus operations and implementing solutions to enhance organizational processes. Charlene A. later became the Regional Vice President, providing supervision to seven different campuses and ensuring compliance, positive outcomes, and a positive working environment for staff, faculty, and students. In 2020, Charlene joined Orbis Education as a Data Analyst, responsible for analyzing data and supporting existing business processes across various platforms. Charlene A. then transitioned into the role of Business Process Manager, where they maintain data-centric projects and provides technical support and reporting. Charlene's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, leadership, compliance, and data analysis.

Charlene A. Stacy has a Master of Arts degree in Adult and Community Education, which they obtained from Ball State University. Charlene A. attended this university from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Charlene has obtained additional certifications. Charlene A. received the "2021 Core App" certification from Smartsheet in November 2022, and the "Control Center Blueprint Builder" certification from the same institution in February 2022.
