Fatenah Issa has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is as an Instructional Designer III at Orbis Education, where they work remotely. Prior to that, they held the role of Instructional Designer II at the same company.

Before joining Orbis Education, Fatenah worked at Rush University as an Instructional Designer, where they collaborated with faculty and staff to design and evaluate online courses. Fatenah also developed training resources and provided mentorship on instructional delivery methods.

Fatenah Issa has a diverse education history that spans several years. Fatenah earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the American College of Education, studying from 2022 to 2032. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Science in Education in Instructional Technology from Kaplan University from 2014 to 2016. Fatenah also holds a certificate in eLearning from Roosevelt University.

In terms of undergraduate studies, Fatenah pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago from 1990 to 1994. Fatenah furthered their education in Mathematics by earning a Master of Science degree (MS) from Northeastern Illinois University, studying from 2000 to 2002.
