Fatenah Issa has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is as an Instructional Designer III at Orbis Education, where they work remotely. Prior to that, they held the role of Instructional Designer II at the same company.

Fatenah Issa has a diverse education history that spans several years. Fatenah earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the American College of Education, studying from 2022 to 2032. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Science in Education in Instructional Technology from Kaplan University from 2014 to 2016. Fatenah also holds a certificate in eLearning from Roosevelt University.

In terms of undergraduate studies, Fatenah pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago from 1990 to 1994. Fatenah furthered their education in Mathematics by earning a Master of Science degree (MS) from Northeastern Illinois University, studying from 2000 to 2002.

Outside of formal degree programs, Fatenah has obtained a variety of certifications. Fatenah completed the Applying the QM Rubric (APPQMR) certification from QM Quality Matters in January 2017. In June 2016, they obtained the certification in Pulling Learners to Your Content: How to Make It Work from Training Magazine. Fatenah also holds a certification in Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers from the CITI Program, obtained in January 2023. Furthermore, they completed the Finding a Remote Job certification from lynda.com in May 2016, and the Avoiding Burnout certification, also from lynda.com, in October 2015.
