Nancy Sauline

Nancy Sauline has a diverse work experience spanning several institutions. Nancy currently holds the position of Senior Academic Success Specialist for Pre-Nursing Students at Orbis Education since March 2021. Prior to this, Nancy worked at Orbis Education as the Manager of Success Coach Training from November 2018 to March 2020. Nancy also served as an Academic Success Specialist at Orbis Education's partner, Roseman University, supporting students in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program from February 2015 to November 2018.

Before joining Orbis Education, Nancy worked at Hiram College as the Assistant Director of Career and Academic Development from February 2009 to February 2015. At Hiram College, they focused on creating networks of support for students and developed various programs and services such as Colloquium Cameos, Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS), and Major Movie Nights.

Prior to their tenure at Hiram College, Nancy was a Program Advisor at Kent State University from January 2006 to June 2007. Nancy also worked at Youngstown State University, first as a member of The Center for Student Progress from July 2005 to June 2007, where they collaborated with faculty and staff to serve and support enrolled students. Nancy's earlier role at Youngstown State University was at The Women's Center, where they worked from January 2002 to May 2005.

Throughout their career, Nancy Sauline has demonstrated a commitment to student success and support, collaborating with faculty and staff to create a culture of support and providing individualized intervention and advising to at-risk students. Nancy has also been involved in orientation programming, mentoring, and academic coaching.

Nancy Sauline obtained a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) with a specialization in Counseling/Higher Education from Youngstown State University between 2005 and 2007. Nancy also completed a Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on Religious Studies & Counseling at the same university. Additionally, Nancy holds a certification in Functional Behavioral Analysis, although the specific institution and date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
