Additionally, Nick interned at Brinker International as a Culinary Innovation Intern from September 2012 to March 2013. Nick assisted with strategic research and development projects for Chili's and Maggiano's.

Lastly, Nick has experience as a Chef Instructor at Sur La Table from November 2010 to October 2012.
