Patti Farley

Patti Farley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the nursing field. Patti started their career as an RN at Geneva General Hospital in 1994, where they gained experience in patient care, prioritization, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Patti then moved on to work as an RN team leader at Finger Lakes Visiting NurseService, where they supervised a team and coordinated patient care from 1998 to 2006. Following that, they served as a Lab Coordinator/Instructor at Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing from 2006 to 2012, where they contributed to the education and training of future nurses. Patti then became an RN Clinical Manager at FLVNS, where they oversaw nursing services and implemented policies and procedures from 2012 to 2014.
