Roger Morgan

Roger Morgan has a diverse work experience in the fields of product development, design, and publishing. Roger started their career in 1992 at Macmillan Computer Publishing, where they worked as a page layout technician and later became involved in interior book design and cover illustration for the New Riders Publishing imprint. In 1993, they joined New Riders Publishing as a designer.

In 1995, Roger became the Director of New Media at D&G Limited, where they were responsible for art direction, project management, and designing and programming interactive media for clients such as McGraw-Hill Publishing and Hill-Rom. Roger also developed scripts and applications to automate production processes and manage projects. Roger worked in this role until 2006.

From 1995 to 2006, Roger also worked at MacAllister Publishing Services as the Director of New Media. In this role, they collaborated with clients to develop project requirements, created proposals and quotes, and designed and developed database-driven web applications. Roger was responsible for managing entire projects, training team members, and refining production processes.

In 2006, Roger founded their own company, Morgan Design & Development, where they worked as a Designer/Developer until 2012.

In 2010, Roger joined Orbis Education as the Senior Director of Product Development, where they contributed to the development of new products. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Director of Product Development at the same company.

Roger Morgan received their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, and Humanities from Ball State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1992.
