Doug Oglesby

Doug Oglesby currently serves as the Vice President of Government Services for the Mid-Atlantic region at Orbis Inc, a position held since September 2017, after progressing through roles including Director of Operations in Washington DC and Senior Program Manager. Prior experience includes over twelve years in the US Navy, where Doug held various significant positions such as Program Manager for CVN 79/80, In-Service Aircraft Carriers Requirements Officer, and Principal Assistant Program Manager for Refueling Complex Overhaul and Nuclear Inactivation. Doug Oglesby holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education, an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
