Linda Moreau

Linda Moreau, Ph.D., is a seasoned data scientist and computational linguist with extensive experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist/Computational Linguist at Orbis Operations, LLC, since February 2023, Linda's previous roles include Senior Data Scientist at Amazon Web Services and Principal Computational Linguist at MITRE. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics from Georgetown University, Linda has contributed to various projects focusing on dataset augmentation, named entity recognition, social media analysis, and more. Throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades, Linda has held positions in several organizations, demonstrating expertise in NLP pipeline design, information extraction, and multilingual technology applications.
