Willem Tijmensen

Willem Tijmensen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their current position as Business Development Manager at Orbisk | Zero Food Waste, they focus on developing and nurturing relationships with key retail partners. Prior to this, they worked as a Retail Development Manager Europe at RangeMe, where they played a crucial role in establishing partnerships with retail buyers through innovative technology solutions. From 2018 to 2021, Willem served as an International Retail Development Manager at ECRM, creating business opportunities for international retailers and supporting product discovery for retail buyers. Before that, they held various roles at Panasonic Energy Europe, including International Key Account Manager and Key-accountmanager Nederland. Willem also worked as a Medewerker Internal Sales at Auto Trader and held sales coaching and leadership positions at Pepperminds.

Willem Tijmensen attended the Corderius Lyceum from 1997 to 2002, where they studied HAVO Natuur en Techniek. Following this, they enrolled in Hogeschool TIO Utrecht and completed a program in Hotelmanagement from 2005 to 2006. Willem then pursued a degree in Hotel en hospitality management at the same institution from 2006 to 2009.
