Natasha Koren has extensive experience in reliability engineering and management, currently serving as Reliability Manager at Orbit Communication Systems since January 2022. In this role, Natasha oversees all company RAMST (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety, Testability) activities, including planning, execution, and subcontractor management. Prior to this, Natasha held positions such as Senior Reliability and Environmental Testing Engineer and Senior QA R&D and Reliability Engineer at Orbit Communication Systems Ltd, where responsibilities included product reliability, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes. Natasha's earlier experience includes reliability engineering roles at Orbotech and ALD Reliability and Safety Solutions, focusing on multi-disciplinary system analysis and safety assessments. Natasha holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Management of Technology - Quality Assurance and Reliability from Holon Institute of Technology, along with additional educational qualifications from ALD College and SII - Standards Institution of Israel.
