Shahin Dejy

Shahin Dejy has over twenty years of work experience in the fields of business development, marketing, and client success.

In 2018, Shahin joined Orbit Media Studios as the Client Success Director, where they oversaw all client relationships and implemented improved client retention strategies. Shahin also established a new process to collect and document regular client feedback. Additionally, Shahin served as the Business Development Lead, where they developed and implemented a new cadence within the prospecting and lead qualification process to increase outreach, conversion rates and ultimately sales.

Prior to Orbit Media Studios, Shahin served as the Principal of Business Development & Marketing at Animated Vision, Inc. from 2002-2018. During their time there, they focused on contract negotiations, market penetration/expansion, and account development & management. Shahin secured B2B clients, grew revenues by 600%, and established a successful partnership with Herman Miller and Toshiba.

Shahin's work experience also includes Marketing Manager at Direct Media Networks from 1999-2002 and International Marketing Coordinator at Advanced Media, Inc. from 1997-1999.

Shahin Dejy obtained their Masters in Management Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin between 1991 and 1997. In 2012, they completed a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
