Chris Clevenger

Chris Clevenger, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs at Aiolos Bio, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held various leadership positions in medical affairs, including Senior Vice President at Gyroscope Therapeutics, where efforts focused on developing gene therapies for dry age-related macular degeneration, and Executive Director at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, overseeing critical functions for rare disease treatments. Chris's extensive experience includes advisory roles, such as with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and leadership in consulting with Rype Health. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a Ph.D. in Applied Physiology and the University of Iowa with a B.A. in English, Chris's career spans significant roles in prominent pharmaceutical companies, including Genentech and AstraZeneca.
