Jenna Yates is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Novartis since January 2023, Jenna has previously held similar leadership roles at Gyroscope Therapeutics and Imperial College London. Expertise includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for clinical trials, line management of clinical trial laboratory teams, and resource allocation. With a foundational background in research from positions at the University of Oxford and Merck Millipore, Jenna possesses extensive knowledge in GLP, GMP, assay development, validation, and various analytical techniques. Jenna holds a 1st Class Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter.
