Ash Dove-Jay is a seasoned aerospace engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in space technology and systems engineering. As the Founder and CEO of Orbital Astronautics since October 2018, Ash has pioneered the development of tiny satellites in large flocks. Previously, Ash contributed to Oxford Space Systems from April 2015 to October 2018 in various roles, including Space Engineer and Project Manager. With a background in freelance science writing for prominent publications and experience as a columnist for Bristol Post, Ash has published multiple academic works while completing a PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bristol, where research focused on morphing technologies. Ash also served as a lecturer, teaching various subjects related to aerospace engineering and led simulations during a NASA/ESA-related project as Crew Commander at Mars Desert Research Station.
