Amolak Badesha has a wealth of work experience. Amolak began their career in 2002 as an intern at AMD, where they worked as a Device Modeling. In 2004, they joined Agilent Technologies as a Global Account Manager and a Senior Application Engineer, where they led business expansion into HSD (High-Speed Digital) market through new product, application, business and sales development, resulting in over 2X revenue growth in 3yrs. Amolak then moved to Avago Technologies in 2011, where they held the roles of Division COO & Corporate Development and Senior R&D Manager. In 2015, they joined Broadcom Limited as Director of Sales - Tier 1 Strategic Account (Cisco) and Director Strategic Marketing. In 2016, they became an Investor and Start up advisor at Sand Hill Angels and a Startup Mentor at Silicon Catalyst. In 2018, they became Co-Founder at Orbital Composites and Anti-Gravity Systems. In 2020, they joined Robowind as an Advisory Board.
Amolak Badesha has an extensive educational background. Amolak earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2003. Amolak then went on to receive a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Walden University in 2006. In 2015, they completed an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. In 2018, they attended Stanford University to pursue a field of study in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Currently, they are enrolled in the Venture Capital Executive Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
