Maliha Tani F. has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. In 2017, they worked as a Program Facilitator for the 136th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly organized by the Bangladesh Parliament. Maliha Tani then served as a Research Assistant at North South University from December 2017 to September 2019. From June 2018 to September 2019, Maliha worked as a Research Intern at It's Humanity Foundation, where they conducted research on women's and girls' empowerment initiatives. In 2019, they were an Innovation Team Intern at Grameenphone Ltd, where they worked on projects related to EduTech, FintTech, AggroTech, Health, and Content Vertical. In 2020, Maliha joined Orbitax as a Business Implementation and Research Associate, responsible for software quality testing and client usage reports. Maliha Tani later transitioned to the role of Business Implementation and Research Analyst, overseeing product research, software upgrades, and sales tracking. Throughout their career, Maliha has demonstrated expertise in research, project management, and data analysis.

Maliha Tani F. completed their Master's degree in Development Studies from North South University from 2021 to 2023.
