Timothy Johnson

Timothy Johnson is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on product development and mechanical engineering. Since November 2014, Timothy has served as the Product Development Engineering Manager at Orbit, leading the design and development of irrigation controllers and overseeing various product lines such as fittings and pop-up sprinklers. Prior to this role, Timothy worked at Hewlett-Packard from May 2011 to November 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer in the Printer Hardware Division, specializing in the design of integrated components for Thermal Inkjet print heads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring products to market. Timothy's earlier experience includes research roles at Brigham Young University, Energy Dynamics Lab, Utah State University, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, supporting projects in nanocomposites, renewable energy, and fluid dynamics. Timothy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned between 2010 and 2011.
