Timothy O’Brien

Professor O’Brien is Consultant Endocrinologist at Galway University Hospital, having previously worked as a Consultant in the Division of Endocrinology, Nutrition and Metabolism at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA.

Prof O’Brien is Consultant Physician in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Galway University Hospitals, the Director of REMEDI and the Head of Dept. of Medicine at NUI Galway. He also serves on scientific advisory boards of Clinigene, EU NOE and the Finnish centre of excellence in research in diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
