Celeka Mouton, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Orca Bay Foods, LLC since September 2017, Celeka previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Odyssey Enterprises, Inc. from April 2014 to September 2017, and at Northwest Seafood Processors from June 2006 to April 2014. Celeka's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, both from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Central Washington University, alongside an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Highline College.
