Bharath Srivathsan

Bharath Srivathsan is a skilled Quantum Physicist with extensive experience in academic and research settings. Currently at ORCA Computing since February 2022, Bharath previously served as a Research Associate at Imperial College London, focusing on laser cooling and trapping of molecules, and microfabrication techniques for atom chips. Bharath's postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light involved efficient light coupling with single ions, alongside a prestigious Humboldt Research Fellowship. Throughout a solid academic foundation that includes a PhD in Quantum Optics and Atomic Physics from the National University of Singapore, Bharath has also gained experience in generating correlated photons and has undertaken internships involving data path development and electrical efficiency analysis.
