Itsik Meromi-Cohen has held various senior leadership positions throughout their work experience. Itsik started their career as a Developer and Team Leader at Amdocs, where they worked from 1994 to 1998. Itsik then served as an Account Manager for the Sprint Publishing account at Amdocs from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they were an R&D Development Manager for a web-based CRM application at Amdocs. Itsik transitioned to the role of Senior Group Manager in Professional Services for Amdocs Billing, CRM, and Ordering from 2002 to 2005, where they established a group of 30 system analysts and software engineers and played an active role in defining the company's roadmap. Following their time at Amdocs, they joined Comverse as a Senior Project and Program Manager for the VAS and SMS EMEA Delivery Unit from 2006 to 2010. Itsik then worked as the Senior Director and Head of Professional Services Office and QA Department at Netformx from 2010 to 2015, focusing on developing and selling software solutions for enterprise technology. In 2015, they joined Cellebrite as the Senior Director and Head of Professional Services and Customer Success Mobile Life Cycle, where they established and managed the Professional Services and Customer Success organization. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at iMDsoft, first as the Senior Director and Head of Global Customer Success, responsible for overall customer delivery and engagement, and later as the Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success. Currently, since 2022, they are the Chief Customer Officer at Orcanos Compliance. At Orcanos, they oversee customer success strategies and initiatives. Throughout their career, Itsik has demonstrated expertise in customer success, professional services management, and strategic planning.
Itsik Meromi-Cohen completed their B.Sc. in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, with a duration of three years from 1992 to 1995. Itsik then pursued an MBA in Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in a span of two years from 2002 to 2004.
