Israa Khafagy

Israa Khafagy is a skilled educator and writer with extensive experience in science instruction and organizational roles. Currently serving as an instructor at Nutty Scientists in Egypt and a science tutor with Orcas, Israa also contributes as a scientific writer for Noor Magazine. Additionally, Israa offers expertise as an astronomy instructor at Geo Travel Egypt and works as a professional organizer with the IAU Office of Astronomy for Development. As an editor for Kalabsha Journal and a freelance science instructor, Israa demonstrates a strong commitment to education. Complementing this, Israa has held roles as an invigilator for the British Council and an educational guide at KidZania Cairo. With a Master’s degree in Radio Astronomy and a Bachelor’s degree in Astronomy and Physics from Cairo University, Israa Khafagy combines academic knowledge with practical experience in the field.
